We request a 50% deposit with order and balance due before shipping, (except for client's sending their own antlers).  Personal checks, and credit cards are accepted. 
   Phoning is best so you can discuss your specifics and options with an antler expert. Some items are in inventory but most are custom built to embrace a customer's wishes.  
   Most antler designs can be altered to suit.  Sizes, shapes and color vary because of the individual uniqueness of antlers.  With our years of experience we can weave distinct character into each style choice. Your satisfaction is our guarantee.

   At Ragged Mountain our shipping policy is simple. We strive to get the product to you safely,  quickly,  and at the most affordable price. 
   Smaller items are shipped at cost from USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. There are no crate or handling fees.
   Large chandeliers require a specifically custom fitted and built plywood crate. Crate charges vary from $35.00 to $175.00 depending on the size. 
   We extend to our client's a 65% motor freight discount we have earned over the years for being a trouble free volume shipper.
